Common questions

My audit failed or got stuck. What should I do?

Audits can fail when a store blocks bots or the page takes too long to load. Re-running the audit usually works. If it keeps failing, email hi@disputefighter.app with the store URL and we'll investigate. Failed audits don't consume credits.

How do credits work?

One credit = one full funnel audit. Credits don't expire for 12 months from purchase. Buy more from the Credits page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, for any unused credits. Email us your account email and we'll process it.

Is the data from my audits private?

Yes. We don't use audit content to train AI models, we don't sell your data, and screenshots are auto-deleted after 14 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email hi@disputefighter.app from the address tied to your account and we'll remove your data within 7 days.
